连续梁短梁段联体挂篮施工技术

         

摘要

近年来我国高铁线路桥梁占的比例越来越高,而采用三角挂篮悬灌法施工的预应力混凝土连续梁桥、连续钢构桥是跨河谷、道路的常用桥梁方式,大多数的连续梁0#块长度为12m,1#块施工时能够满足挂篮安装需要。但是有些桥梁受条件限制,0#块长度设计较短,将两套三角挂篮改装成联体挂篮进行1#块施工,因其结构受力简单、明确,所以极大的提高了安全系数,降低了施工风险,且不需要单独增设预应力钢筋对挂篮进行锚固,对梁体的预应力体系没有任何影响。%In recent years, the proportion of China's high-speed rail line bridge accounted becomes increasingly high, and the prestressed concrete girder bridge and continuous steel bridge by using triangle hanging irrigation construction method are the common bridge ways. The length of the most of the continuous beam 0# block is 12m, which can meet the hanging basket installation need in 1# block construction. But some bridges subject to conditions, the length design of 0# block is shorter. Under this case, the two sets of triangle hanging basket can be converted into conjoined hanging basket in 1# block construction. Because its force structure is simple and clear, it greatly improves the safety factor and reduces the construction risk, and it does not require a separate prestressed steel for the anchorage of hanging basket and has no effect on the beam of prestressed system.
