后压浆技术在桩基施工中的应用

         

摘要

后压浆技术在实际施工中以提高钻孔灌注桩的竖向承载能力和减少沉降,通过后压浆技术应用,起到提高桩端与桩侧阻力的发挥,节约成本、节省桩基工程工期的作用。本文通过郑州市三环路快速化工程及陇海路快速通道工程的施工实践,着重介绍后注浆的施工工艺、后压浆技术质量控制要点,实践表明在桩基施工中应用后压浆技术不仅可以起到降低工程成本、节省桩基工程工期的作用,还能够取得良好的经济效益。%In actual construction, after grouting technology through the improvement of the vertical bearing capacity of bored piles, the decrease of settlement and the application of after grouting technology to improve the playing of pile tip and pile lateral resistance, save the cost, save the role of pile construction period. Through the rapid engineering of Third Ring Road and the fast-track project of Longhai Road in Zhengzhou, the latter focuses on the construction process of grouting, the quality control points of after grouting technology, the practice shows that the application of after grouting technology in pile foundation construction can reduce the project cost, save the effect of project duration pile and get good economic value.
