桥梁荷载安全等级检测

         

摘要

桥梁静载试验是分析和检测桥梁静力特性的重要手段,以工程实际桥梁检测为背景,对实验梁分别在两个工况下进行加载,并且应用精密水准仪器测量桥梁挠度变化,和粘帖应变片测量应力变化,最后与有限元模型计算得到的挠度和应力值对比,表明在两辆装载30吨加载车的作用下,桥梁的最大挠度值的4.6mm,同时应变最大值为109滋着,都满足《大跨径混凝土桥梁的试验方法》对桥梁检测的规定,该桥上部结构承载能力满足公路—II级、人群荷载3.5kN/m2的设计荷载等级要求。%Bridge load security level detection is an important mean to analyze and detect the static force of the bridge. Taking engineering actual bridge detection as the background, the experiment beam is loaded respectively in two working conditions, and the bridge deflection changes are tested by precision standard instrument, and stress changes are measured by pasting strain gauge. At last, it is compared with deflection calculated by finite element model and stress value, which shoes that the maximum deflection of the bridge is 4.6mm, and the maximum stress is 109 με under the effect of two trucks loaded with 30 tonnes, which all meet the regulations of bridge detection in The Test Method for Large-span Concrete Bridge, the superstructure carrying capacity of the bridge satisfies the design requirements of highway-II level and crowd load of 3.5kN/m2.
