基于安全建设管理评价体系下的供电企业安全管理方法探讨

Based on infrastructure work of team safety as a focal point, safety production work content of all levels of company is teased in the paper. The platform of safety data collection and analysis is constructed by the information means. Evaluation work of safety management can be carried out. Stimulation platform of quantifying safety work of manufacturing plant can be constructed. The normalized management level of department and team has been improved.%阐述了以班组安全基础建设工作为切入点，对各层级安全生产工作内容进行梳理规范，通过信息化手段搭建安全数据采集、分析平台，开展安全管理评价工作，打造生产车间安全工作量化对标激励平台，进一步提高部门、班组安全标准化及规范化管理水平。
