浅谈我国民营养老机构的运营模式

At present, China has entered the aging society,with the increasing of the aging population that challenged the traditional family pension mode, private pension institutions' emergence well resolves the problem of our country's endowment. This paper introduces five kinds of operating mode of private pension institutions, and analyzes the different operating mode of the scale and function to conclude the most powerful solutions.%目前，我国已进入人口老龄化社会，老年人口的增多让传统的居家养老模式受到挑战，民营养老机构的出现很好的解决了我国的养老问题。本文介绍了民营养老机构的五种运营模式，并分析出不同的运营模式所具有的规模和功能，得出最有力的配合方案。
