摘要

This paper takes thin film TiO2 as the subject to introduce the research status and the preparation method of thin film. Based on this, the improvement and perfection of the preparation method are discussed to further promote the effective use of energy in China.%本文主要以TiO2薄膜为对象，对其研究现状和薄膜的制备方法进行介绍，并在此基础上探讨对制备方法的改进和完善，以此来进一步促进我国能源的有效利用。
