This paper described current situation of using barium sulfate as mold discharging agent in anode-copper casting process, based on which, effects of particle size, additives and water on performance of the mold discharging agent were studied. Then, optimized operating parameters for this mold discharging agent were obtained through production experiments, in details, by adding 10% B2O3, 40%SiO2, 5%Al2O3 and 5%CaO, making the additive particle size in the range of 150-200 mesh, and controlling the mold preheat temperature between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius. At last, a research route for improving effectiveness of the discharging agent was also proposed.%介绍了阳极铜浇铸工艺中硫酸钡脱模剂的使用现状,在此基础上研究了粒度、添加物以及水分对脱模剂使用的影响,通过生产实验得到了脱模剂的优化条件:添加10%B2O3、40%SiO2、5%Al2O3、5%CaO,添加物粒度150-200在目的范围,铜模预热温度200益-220益;提出了一种改善脱模剂使用效果的研究路线。
