教学企业运行管理体制机制研究

摘要

教学企业是高职院校在人才实践能力培养上的一大创举。教学企业的发展一方面可以提升学生的职业能力，另一方面还有利于企业生产和运营成本的降低，有效地提升了其经济效益。本文主要研究了教学企业运行管理体制机制，并提出了相应对策。%Teaching enterprise is the innovation of the practical ability training of personnel of higher vocational colleges. Teaching business development on the one hand can enhance students' professional skills, as well as can help to reduce production and operating costs and effectively improve its economic benefits. This paper studies the operation and management system of teaching enterprise and proposes countermeasures.
