高效液相色谱法测定预混料中维生素的研究

The thesis researches the Vitamin by HPLC. The conclusion: choose UV-detector; use C18 column; flowing phase: 90﹪methyl alcohol for fat soluble Vitamin; ultrapure water for water soluble Vitamin. UV detection wavelength: 275nm for fat soluble Vitamin, 254nm for water soluble Vitamin; column temperature 20℃-30℃; flow rate: 1ml/s; pH4.5; dissolve and abstract fat soluble Vitamin by methyl, dissolve and abstract water soluble Vitamin by ultrapure water.%本文就如何通过高效液相色谱，测定预混合饲料中的维生素，作了一些探讨。并得出以下结论：检测器选用紫外检测器；色谱柱可使用C18柱；对于流动相，用90﹪甲醇作为测定脂溶性维生素的流动相，用超纯水作为测定水溶性维生素的流动相；对于检测波长，脂溶性维生素用275nm，水溶性维生素用254nm；柱温20益-30益；流速1ml/s；pH4.5。检测脂溶性维生素直接用甲醇溶解提取，水溶性维生素也可直接用超纯水溶解提取。
