浅谈多层住宅底层功能优化

普通多层住宅为了既提高容积率又满足规范要求，底层设计存在使用不便问题，通过动线分离设计、地坪标高分区设计等进行功能优化，满足业主实际使用功能。%In order to increase the rate of volume and meet the specification requirements, the groundfloor design of ordinary multi-storey residential building has the problem of inconvenience in use. Through generatrix separation design, and floor elevation partition design, it can meet the actual need of the owner.
