浅谈独立学院多元化人才培养模式

独立学院经过了十多年的发展，逐步走上了正轨，在人才培养模式上也各有千秋。本文以大连理工大学城市学院的多元化人才培养模式为基础，简单介绍了在贯彻因材施教原则上的多方位教学管理的人才培养模式。%After more than 10 years of development, the independent college has been gradually on the right track, and each talent training mode has its advantages. Based on the diversified talents cultivation mode of City Institute of Dalian University of Technology, this paper introduced the multi-faceted education management talents training mode based on the individualized principles.
