This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the human resources of the travel agency of Tianzhu Mountain scenic area, predicts the talents demand of the travel agency of Tianzhu Mountain scenic area and puts forward the overall thought and specific measures to solve the problem.%本文对天柱山景区旅行社人力资源的现状以及存在的问题进行了探讨，对天柱山风景区旅行社人才需求进行了合理的预测，并提出了解决问题的总体思路及具体实施办法。
