浅谈独立学院就业问题及解决对策

With the constantly improvement of the level of independent college, it is playing an increasingly important role in promoting the development of education. But at the same time, the employment of the graduates in independent college becomes an important issue affecting its development, this paper mainly studies the employment problems of independent colleges, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.%随着独立学院办学水平的不断提升，其在推动教育事业发展上发挥着越来越重要的作用。但与此同时，独立学院毕业生就业成为影响其发展的重要问题，本文主要研究了独立学院就业问题，并提出了相应的解决对策。
