太原流浪未成年人救助管理的路径探析

摘要

Strengthening the relief protection and management of the homeless minors is an important part of the government to perform its functions as well as a systematic project involving the whole of society. The government should fully understand the importance and necessity of the relief and protection of the homeless minors from the height of building a socialist harmonious society and protecting the fundamental rights of minors, establish the homeless minors relief protection system whose prerequisite is the strong support of local Party committees and governments, whose basis is the effective integration of social resources and whose support is the efficient department and social cooperation mechanism.%加强对流浪未成年人的救助保护和管理是政府履行职能的重要内容，也是一项涉及全社会的系统工程。应从构建社会主义和谐社会、保障未成年人基本权益的高度，充分认识流浪未成年人救助保护工作的重要性和必要性，建立以地方党委、政府强有力的支持为前提，以社会资源的有效整合为基础，以高效运转的部门与社会协作机制为依托的对流浪未成年人救助保护体系。
