新昌县生态文明建设的评价和启示

摘要

With the reference of the ecological civilization construction evaluation index system of the Zhejiang province, this paper evaluated the ecological civilization construction of Xinchang in the period of 2010 to 2012 year by the synthetical index method, concluded the ecological civilization construction of Xinchang had steadily increased; and analyzed the situation changes of ecological, economy, ecological environment, ecological culture and ecological regime; at last, summarized some experience of the ecological civilization construction, which provided reference for the ecological civilization construction of the same county territory.%借鉴浙江生态文明建设评价指标体系，运用综合指数评价分析法，对2010-2012年新昌县县域生态文明建设进行综合评价，得出近三年来新昌县生态文明建设进展呈稳步上升的态势，并分析生态经济、生态环境、生态文化、生态制度四个领域的变化情况；最后，归纳总结出新昌县建设生态文明的几点经验，为同类县域生态文明建设提供借鉴。
