浅谈建筑工程施工项目管理及控制

摘要

Quality management and control of building construction projects is related to national economic interests, the safety of life and property of the people, which is of great significance. Currently, the worldwide market competition becomes increasingly fierce, faced with this situation, the construction units in China should control the cost strictly, to minimize the cost and maximize the value under the premise of quality assurance, only in this way, will there be a foothold in the competitive market. Firstly, the principle of cost control in building construction projects is briefly described, and then combined with engineering experience, some cost control measures of construction project are made.%建筑工程施工项目的质量管理和控制事关国家经济利益，人民的生命财产安全，具有重大的意义。当前，在全世界范围内建筑施工单位的市场竞争愈加激烈，我国建筑施工单位面对这种形势，只有严格地控制成本，保证项目在保质保期的前提下以最小的成本去创造最大的价值，只有这样才能在激烈的市场中取得一席之地。本文首先从建筑工程施工项目的成本控制原则方面浅述了施工项目的成本控制，然后结合工程实践经验提出了一些施工项目成本控制措施。
