管理就是服务

     

摘要

本文着重分析了“管理就是服务”这个理念如何深入人心,并指导管理实践工作。需要做到三个方面:首先从思想上转变,牢牢树立“管理就是服务”的思想,“以人为本”进行管理。并要提倡“民主管理”及“法治管理”,做到“人人参与管理,人人又被管理”。最后提出建设服务型政府,切实为百姓服务。%This article focuses on how the ideology of "management is service" strikes root in the hearts of people and instructs the management practice. Therefore, there must achieve three aspects: first transform the managers's thoughts; then firmly establish the idea of"management is serve" and carry on "people-oriented" management. And "democratic management" and "government by law" must be advocated to make "everybody to participate in the management and everybody is managed". Finally it proposes to construct "service-oriented government"so that managers can serve earnestly for the common people.
