对提高民用机场建设前期审批效率的初步思考

摘要

机场建设审批流程的繁复，严重影响审批效率。本文从审批管理者和报批申请人的角度，分析民用机场建设前期审批进展缓慢的原因，相应提出提高审批效率的建议。%The complex of airport construction approval process seriously affects the administrative efficiency. From the perspective of approval manager and applicant, this article analyzed the cause of slow administrative progress in early stage of civil airport construction, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the improvement of administrative efficiency.
