Innovation is the intrinsic driving force of the company, and it is the power and source to promote the sustainable development of the company. This paper takes Xuzhou as an example to research the main factors of the company innovation and put forward the reasonable measures.%创新是一个企业发展的内在驱动力，是推动其可持续发展的动力和源泉。本文以徐州市为例，研究了影响企业创新的主要因素，并提出了合理化对策。
