关于企业结盟相关问题探析

在企业结盟关系中，一般有基于改变产品与服务范围、改变合作模式、改变价值链的三种结盟形式。改变合作方式、培育合作关系、打破传统协作界限则是有效结盟条件达成的相关策略。%There are three forms of enterprise alliance: change of the product and service range, change of the cooperation mode and change the value chain. Change of the way of cooperation, cultivation of the cooperation relationship and break of traditional collaboration boundary are the related strategies to effectively reach the alliance conditions.
