From the enterprise cultural construction, through analyzing the situation of the enterprise cultural construction of China's SMEs, this paper analyzes the countermeasures to the existing problems.%本文从企业文化建设作用着手，通过对我国中小企业文化建设现状分析，结合目前所存在的问题进行了对策分析。
