三维地理信息技术在公安行业的建设与应用

随着IT技术的发展和地理信息系统技术逐渐走向成熟，三维地理信息技术发展非常迅速。该技术目前已被应用于众多领域中，比如在公安行业的应用。公安局警用三维地理信息系统框架主要采用B/S的技术框架、Web技术、三维可视化技术、系统集成技术等，采取功能控制流和数据流交叉组织的方式，实现对公安信息的管理、预警等功能。本文介绍了三维地理信息技术在公安行业的研究背景及意义，提出了建设的目标与内容，阐述了主要建设体系的内容与职责，以及详细说明了采用的主要技术，为公安信息化建设与应用提供方法和思路。%With the development of IT technology and geographic information system technology, the three-dimensional geographic information technology is developing very fast. This technology has been applied in many fields at present, including public security industry. The Public Security Bureau police 3D geographic information system framework mainly adopts the B/S technical framework, Web technology, 3D visualization technology, system integration technology and so on. It takes the cross organization of function control flow and data flow to realize management and early warning of the public security information. This paper introduces the research background and significance of three-dimensional geographic information technology in public security industry, puts forward the objectives and contents of the construction, expounds the content and main responsibilities of construction system, and details the main technology used, which provides methods and ideas for the construction and application of public security information.
