摘要

During the recent monetary policy shift, the private lending is more active in somewhere of China and attracts public attention. The private lending market of Wenzhou is the focus of all parties. As the typical sample, it can reflect the dynamic of private lending market and the influence to some aspects of monetary policy. The People's Bank of China commitments to the survey of local private lending market for a long term and accumulates a large number of monitoring data, cases and related information. This paper reflects the general situation of the recent monitoring survey and the suggestions.%在最近货币政策转向期间，我国一些地区的民间借贷活动趋于活跃，引起各方关注。温州民间借贷市场一直是各方关注的焦点，作为一个典型样本，可以折射出民间借贷市场的动态和货币政策转向的某些方面影响。人民银行温州市中心支行长期致力于当地民间借贷市场的监测调查，积累了大量监测数据、案例资料及相关信息。本文反映近期监测调查的总体情况和建议。
