基于kingview组态软件的轴承温升预警系统的设计

摘要

This paper designs a pre-warning system of temperature data collection to monitor the bearing temperature of spinning winding equipment. Users can set temperature range in this system. When the temperature exceeds the scope, it will give an alarm signal. The design of human-computer interface can implement the real-time alarm, the query of historical temperature curve and the report generation in monitoring mode.%本文设计一个温度采集预警记录系统，对纺丝卷绕设备的轴承温度进行监控。此系统中用户可以设置温度范围，当温度超出设定范围时，就发出报警信号。而且设计人机界面，在监视模式下，实现实时报警、历史温度曲线的查询及报表生成等功能。
