随着新型装备的不断列装，装备使用和维修任务发生了变化，士官的任职能力相应地有了新的要求。在此形势下，部队士官的岗位需求也发生了变化。并且随着部队现代化、正规化建设的不断发展，士官担任的岗位增多，随之而来的培养要求也越来越高。本文就这些现状，并根据这些现状提出了并行式教学的改革方法。%With continually included in the army of the new equipment, the use and maintenance tasks of the equipment are changed, the new requirements of sergeants' serving abilities are also changed.
