论以“依法治国”为背景的新型农村社区法治建设

摘要

本文试图站在公平正义的角度，阐述新型农村社区建设中贯彻法治理念的重要性，审视新农村法治建设中的问题，对新农村社区法治建设的政策取向提出建议，以期在新农村社区建设中实现公平正义这一价值目标。%This paper attempts to stand in the perspective of fairness and justice, to expound the importance to implement the concept of the rule of law in the construction of new rural community, look at the problems in the new rural construction of the rule of law, put forward suggestions to policy orientation about the construction of new rural communities of the rule of law, in order to realize the value goal of fairness and justice in the construction of new rural community.
