技术创新型企业矩阵式绩效管理研究

摘要

本文分析了技术创新型企业矩阵式管理的特点，介绍了这种类型的企业绩效管理制度中存在的问题，并对做好绩效考核工作提出了几点建议，希望可以为企业更好的创新技术提供必要的帮助，并制定出更好的激制度，提高员工的工作效率，使这类企业的矩阵式绩效管理水平可以更上一个台阶。%This paper analyzes the characteristics of matrix management of technological innovation-oriented enterprises, introduces the problems existing in this kind of enterprise performance management system, and puts forward some suggestions to do a good job in performance evaluation, in order to better serve the technological innovation for the enterprise. And a better excitation system is developed to improve employee's work efficiency, so as to improve the performance management level of the enterprises.
