新型吸收剂对二氧化碳的分离回收研究

     

摘要

The absorption and desorption characteristics of carbon dioxide in simulated flue gas were studied by different MEA, MEA-DEA, MEA-MDEA-DETA, PAMAM proportion solutions in stirred experiment equipment. The relation among absorption rate, absorption capacity, the regeneration temperature and regeneration efficiency to the influence law of the CO2 absorption and desorption process were obtained. It showed that 0.1mol/L PAMAM’s absorption rate was 2.8×107mol/L, absorption capacity was 0.32mol, the regeneration temperature was 95℃, regeneration efficiency was 93.56%, which absorption and desorption effect is the best. PAMAM was an efficient absorbent to the carbon dioxide in stirred experiment equipment.%利用常压搅拌吸收-解吸装置,在一定条件下,对MEA(乙醇胺)、MEA-DEA(乙醇胺-二乙醇胺)、MEA-MDEA-DETA(乙醇胺-N-甲基二乙醇胺-二乙烯三胺)、PAMAM(聚酰胺胺)4种有机胺吸收解吸CO2进行研究。探讨了吸收速率、吸收量、再生温度、再生效率对CO2吸收和解吸过程的影响规律。结果表明,1mol/L的PAMAM的吸收速率为2.8×107mol/L,吸收量0.32mol,再生温度95℃,再生效率93.56%,吸收解吸效果最佳,PAMAM是吸收烟气中CO2的高效吸收剂。
