基于PLC的水处理自动投药系统设计

摘要

本文采用先进的模糊神经网络算法对投加量进行计算，以满足污水处理过程的复杂性和高要求。拟解决精确投药、送药管道结晶、原液搅拌池结晶等关键问题。经运行实践表明，该系统能够实现自动投药及防止药物在管道内结晶等问题。%This paper calculates the dosing quantity by the advanced fuzzy neural network algorithm to meet the complexity and high demands of the sewage treatment process, and solve the key problems like specific drug delivery, crystal of coagulant addition pipelines and crystal of stoste mixing pool. The operation practice shows that the system can realize automatic coagulant addition and prevent drug crystal in the pipeline.
