高职学校酒店管理专业顶岗实习现状调查

Combined with the characteristics of the hotel management specialty, this article comprehensively analyzes the problems in the post practice form the three parties:college, hotels, and students, and puts forward corresponding reform measures.%本文结合酒店专业特点，综合分析学生顶岗实习中校方、酒店和学生自身存在的问题，并且提出有针对性的改革措施。
