某风电设备制造企业对风机故障处理流程的优化

摘要

风力发电中，由于单台风机额定容量小，总风机数量庞大，给风机的运行维护、故障处理提出了很高的要求。随着风电规模日益增大，原有的故障处理流程反馈速度缓慢，效率低下，已很难满足业主的要求。本文从建立区域监控中心、故障分级，建立知识库、问题升级，几个方面对故障处理流程进行优化。以解决风机故障处理反馈缓慢的问题。%In wind power generation, because the rated capacity of one set is small, and the amount of all sets is large, the operation and maintenance are faced with high requirements. With the development of the wind power generation, the old reaction system of the site faults is inefficient. In this paper, a new reaction system of the site faults would be established, which includes region supervisor sentry, fault classification, knowledge base and problems upgrade. The problems in the old reaction system would be solved in the paper.
