基于协同理论的造纸企业绿色供应链管理流程设计

摘要

This paper discusses the defects in green supply chain management of papermaking enterprises and the collaborative theory is introduced to improve the disadvantages. Then the paper designs the overall flow of green supply chain management in papermaking enterprises based on Synergetic Theory and three sub flow of strategy,tactics and technology, and finally puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the efficiency of green supply chain management of papermaking enterprises.%本文针对造纸企业绿色供应链管理存在的不足，引入协同理论对其进行改进。设计了基于协同理论造纸企业绿色供应链管理的总流程以及战略、策略、技术三个层面的子流程，最后从设计的流程出发提出造纸企业绿色供应链管理改进的相应措施。
