榆林某污水厂曝气沉砂池的技术改造

摘要

With the high sediment,rich oil,and high load water quality in Yulin, it should adopt aerated grit chamber. In this paper, parts of the original design parameters were transformed. Through the transformation of aeration pipes, scraping residue plates, slag and collecting equipment, sand water separator and other facilities and equipment, the effect on the terms of sand and oil removal is obvious. And the experience in the design and engineering practices is worth promotion in the high load and high COD influent sewage plant.%对于榆林地区高砂量富油脂高负荷的进水水质，宜采用曝气沉砂池。本文针对原设计中的部分参数进行了技术改造，通过改造曝气支管、刮渣板、除渣及收集设备、砂水分离器等设施设备，使其在砂砾和油脂内杂物的去除方面效果明显，在设计和工程实践方面的经验值得在高COD、高负荷进水的污水厂推广。
