推行六西格玛质量文化，提升装备质量

摘要

基于十八大强调发挥文化软实力的背景，提出装备质量建设中推行六西格玛质量文化的论述，分析了六西格玛质量文化的内涵及特征，并从装备质量建设实际出发论证了推行六西格玛质量文化的必要性，最后给出装备质量建设中推行六西格玛质量文化的方法策略。%Based on the background that the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC stressed to play the soft strength of the culture, this paper proposed to implement Six Sigma quality culture in equipment quality construction, analyzed the connotation and features of Six Sigma quality culture, demonstrated the necessity of Six Sigma quality culture from construction reality of equipment quality, and finally proposed the method and strategy to implement Six Sigma quality culture in equipment quality construction.
