城市地下管线普查工程监理模式的应用实践

在城市地下管线普查工程中引入工程监理机制，已有十余年的历史，取得了许多成功经验，笔者结合管线普查监理的工程实践，探讨了城市地下管线普查工程的监理模式，总结提出人性化、科学化的监理服务理念，运用现代科技手段，切实保证工程质量和工程进度，为业主提供优质的监理服务，维护工程各方的正当权益。%It has the history of more than ten years to bring the engineering supervision mechanism to the general survey project of underground pipelines.
