公司碳管理效能评估指标体系思考

摘要

In this paper, in order to evaluate executive management effectiveness of carbon emission reduction, the author analyzed connotation of carbon management and suggested to make the key activities of carbon management as assessment index. What's more, an indicator system was designed as well.%本文分析了碳管理的内涵，将碳管理活动的关键行为予以指标化，并设计了公司碳管理效能评估指标体系，来评价公司的碳管理效能。
