毛皮pH值测定的不确定度评估

摘要

依据QB/T 1277《毛皮化学试验pH的测定》，对毛皮pH值测定过程的不确定度进行了分析和评估。结果表明，影响结果的最主要影响因素是缓冲溶液，其次分别为样品萃取液体积、测量的重复性和样品称量，pH计对结果影响最小。当毛皮pH测定结果为4.30时，扩展不确定度为0.10。%According to QB/T 1277, the uncertainty for the determination of pH value of fur was evaluated. The results showed that:the main factor affecting on result was the uncertainty produced from buffer solution, followed by aqueous extraction volume, measuring repeatability and sample weighing, the pH meter with minimal affecting on the results. When the pH value of fur is 4.30, the expanded uncertainty is 0.10.
