浅谈护生岗前培训的重要性

摘要

护生临床实习是专业基础与临床实际衔接的重要时期，规范化岗前培训是对其进行综合训练的重要环节，[1]针对护生在下医院实习中遇到各种的常见问题，需要集中，重点的采取各种培训，让他们尽快适应角色转变，在实习中取的好的成绩。本文主要对将走出校园，步入医院岗位的护生进行上岗前培训进行研究探讨。%Clinical practice is the important period for nursing students to combine professional basic knowledge with clinical practice, and standardized pre-service training is an important link for the comprehensive training. In view of the common problems in the practice of nursing students in the hospital, concentrated and focused training should be taken to let them adapt to the role transformation as soon as possible and get good results in the practice. This article mainly discusses the pre-service training of the nursing students who are going to leave campus for hospital.
