既有线无缝线路人工换轨施工技术管理

摘要

以宁东铁路大枣线无缝线路换铺维修改造为背景，介绍利用人工换铺既有线无缝线路施工工艺及施工过程中质量控制，分析了在施工过程中影响施工质量的主要因素，并对施工过程中遇到的难点提出了解决方法，以期指导今后同类项目施工。%This paper takes the reconstruction and maintenance of the jointless track of Dazao Line of Ningdong Railway as the background to introduce the quality control of the construction technology and construction process of existing jointless tracks by artificial replacement, analyze the main factors that affect the construction quality in the construction process and put forward the solution to the difficulties in the construction process to guide the construction of similar projects in the future.
