江苏农村老年居民住院服务利用及影响因素研究

摘要

在我国人口老龄化趋势加剧以及城乡二元经济结构背景下，农村老年人的健康与医疗服务利用问题显得更为突出。本文采取问卷调查法，对江苏省苏南、苏中和苏北的六个地市农村地区老年居民住院服务利用情况进行问卷调查，发现农村老年人住院服务利用不充分，年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、自评健康、慢性病等因素都对其是否住院产生显著影响。由此可见，发展大病保险，优化农村三级卫生机构的住院服务供给类型，是充分释放并满足农村老年居民住院服务需求的政策要点。%Under the background of aggravated trend of aging and binary economic structure of urban and rural in China, health and medical service utilization problem appears more important among the rural elderly. By using questionnaire, we investigate the rural elderly in six cities of Jiangsu Province, find that utilization of in-patient service is inadequate and the factors as age, education, marital status, assessment of health, chronic disease have a significant impact on whether the elder was in the hospital. Therefore, the development of serious illness insurance and optimizingin-patient service supply type of rural three-level health institutions, are the policy emphasis of releasing and meet the demand of rural old residents in utilization of in-patient service.
