隧道口轻型钢棚洞防护高边坡施工技术

         

摘要

By taking the high slope protection construction in the tunnel opening of Zhoujiazhuang 1# Tunnel as the example, aimed at the cliffy slope and vertical height of the tunnel opening, the machinery can not reach and the large amount of rock slope, the blasting excavation in the tunnel opening is not conducive to the safety, the gully in the tunnel opening is deep, the traditional reinforced concrete shed tunnel needs large area of foundation reinforcement treatment, and the tunnel construction cross interference is bigger, the construction is difficult and other problems, from the perspectives of security, economic construction, through the field investigation and comparison, it is determined that the light steel shed is used to ensure the safety of railway operation in the tunnel opening, reduce the destruction of the mountain, protect the original vegetation of the mountain and provide reference for the future protection of the entrance of the cave.%以周家庄一号隧道在施工中遇到的洞口高边坡防护施工为例,针对隧道洞口边仰坡陡峭、垂直高度大,机械难到达且刷坡石方量过大,洞口段大面积爆破开挖不利于安全进洞,洞口前接深沟壑,传统钢筋混凝土棚洞施作需要大面积地基加固处理,与洞身施工交叉干扰较大,施工难度大等从安全、经济施工的角度,通过经现场调查研究与方案比选,确定在隧道口采用轻型钢棚洞防护确保铁路运营安全,减少对山体的破坏,同时保护了山体原有的植被,为今后类似洞口防护施工提供一点借鉴。
