基于旅游数字足迹的遗产地旅游开发与保护问题分析--以开平碉楼与村落世界文化遗产地为例

While the tourist development of World Cultural Heritage Sites brings great profit to local economy, problems inevitably come to occur. To solve the problem, this essay takes the Kaiping Diaolou World Cultural Heritage Sites as an example, collects the tourist comments and journals from Internet media namely Tuniu, Tongcheng, Lvmama, Mafengwo, Baidu Tourism, concludes the tourist feedback and needs, so as to analyze the problems taking place in the process of tourism development. Hope this essay gives an insight and inspires effective development and preservation of Kaiping Diaolou World Cultural Heritage Sites in the future.%世界文化遗产地的开发对地方经济有促进作用，然而在开发过程中却出现一系列问题。为解决发展中的难题，文章以开平碉楼与村落世界文化遗产地为案例地，把游客在途牛、同程、驴妈妈、蚂蜂窝、百度旅游等网络媒介上“留下”的评论和游记等旅游数字足迹作为研究样本，结合百度指数来分析游客对案例地的旅游感知、旅游评价以及游客的需求，进而分析案例地在旅游开发过程中所存在的问题，并提出促进开平碉楼与村落世界文化遗产地旅游开发与保护的有效途径。
