东莞市社工机构绩效考核存在的问题及对策分析

         

摘要

With economic restructuring and adjustment of industrial structure, the problem has become increasingly prominent in all sectors of society, so there is an urgent need for professional social work services to safeguard social stability and the development of social institutions has become a major concern. The human resources management of many social work organizations in Dongguan is chaotic, especially in terms of performance appraisal. Based on a social work organization, this paper analyzes its problems in the performance appraisal, and puts forward constructive suggestions.%随着经济转型和产业结构调整,社会各阶层的问题日益凸显,迫切需要专业的社工服务来维护社会稳定,社工机构的发展就成为一个备受关注的问题。而东莞市目前很多社工机构的人力资源管理较为混乱,尤其是在绩效考评方面,论文以某一社工机构为研究对象,分析其在绩效考核中存在的问题,并提出相应的建设性意见。
