L-101, a heterogeneous heating furnace in a chemical plant of Petrochemical Industries Co, has used for more than 36 years. In order to scientifically evaluate the remaining life of furnace tube, the damage mechanism of the furnace tube was analyzed, and the corrosion rate was calculated by online infrared thermal imaging and API581. According to the design standard, the strength check, the creep strength check and the thermal stress check of the convection section tube and the radiant section furnace tube are carried out, and the residual life of the furnace tube is obtained by the comprehensive analysis.%某石化公司化工厂异构加热炉L-101为间二甲苯装置设备,迄今使用超过36年。为科学评价炉管剩余寿命,本文进行了炉管损伤机理分析,并通过在线红外热成像、依据API581确定了计算腐蚀速率。按照设计标准分别对对流段炉管和辐射段炉管进行了强度校核、蠕变强度校核和热应力校核,综合分析得到了炉管的剩余寿命。
