防错技术在齿轮类零件加工中的应用

摘要

本文结合齿轮类零件生产加工实际,采用PFMEA和防错方法,以预防为出发点进行工艺开发设计,在工艺开发过程中识别出潜在的缺陷发生的风险,并进行有效改善,最大可能的规避了质量问题的发生,使生产质量水平得到了大幅的提高.%Combined with the actual production and processing of gears,this paper uses PFMEA and error proofing method to carry out the process development and design by taking prevention as starting point,identifies the risk of potential defects in the process development and carries out the effective improvement to avoid the occurrence of quality problems and improve the production quality.
