本机器主要针对尺寸在一定范围内的不同大小的外形轮廓近似球形的不同形状的不同品种的水果,对其进行礼品化包装,在此机器中,采用机电一体化技术实现包装纸的输送.通过异型棘轮在托盘上旋转,实现水果的运输,使水果到达机械手下后通过凸轮顶杆机构实现水果的转移和裁纸刀片的工作.机械手部分通过弹簧实现随包装物体形状而开合,从而达到包装不同尺寸,不同材质的水果的目的,后部运用收口板和封口盘实现封口动作,通过各个机构来完成包装目的.本机器利用OPP包装纸可热封的特点,对包装封口采用热封,既减少了人力投入,也因封口方式改变,省去了封口绳,节约了物力,即保留了人们对美感享受的追求,又体现了本机器的环保、快捷、节约的设计理念.%Aimed at the different varieties of fruit with the approximate lineament and different shapes,this paper carries out the gift packaging for them.In this machine,the mechanical integration technology is used to achieve the delivery of packaging paper.The fruit transport is achieved by the rotation of the ratchet shaped on the tray to achieve the transfer of fruit and paper cutting blade work after the fruit into the mechanical hand by the cam lever mechanism.Part of the mechanical hands open and close with the shape of the packaging object by the spring to package the fruit with different sizes and different materials.The hindside uses rear closing plate and shaft cover to seal.The packaging is completed by the various agencies.Because of the OPP packaging paper can be hot sealing,this machine carries out heat sealing for the packing seal.It reduces the human input,omits the sealing rope and saves the material force by the changes of the seal.At the same time,it retains the people to enjoy the pursuit of beauty and reflects the machine's design concepts of environmental protection,quick and saving.
