Firstly,this paper summarizes the construction project cost budget,then analyzes the necessity of building engineering cost budget control,studies the construction project cost over-budget causes again,and in the end,provides a series of feasible measures for the construction project cost budget control according to the causes.%本文首先对建筑工程造价预算进行了概述,然后分析了建筑工程造价预算控制的必要性,再次研究了建筑工程造价超预算成因,最后针对成因提出了建筑工程造价预算控制的一系列可行性措施.
