基因检测产业技术创新能力建设研究

摘要

Genetic testing industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in the development of China's government. Technology innovation is not only a significant feature of the emerging industry, but also the fundamental driving force for sustainable development of the emerging industries. Based on the specific data of the development of genetic testing industry in H Province, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct and calculate the corresponding evaluation index system. The research shows that: the overall score of innovation ability of the genetic testing industry in H Province is 0.3996, it is in the middle level. Compared with the developed cities, there is a certain gap in genetic testing industry. Technology innovation capability can be improved from two aspects, one is to strengthen the technological innovation ability of enterprises, the other is to create a good environment for innovation by the government.%基因检测产业作为我国政府重点发展的战略性新兴产业之一，技术创新既是新兴产业的显著特征，又是新兴产业可持续发展的根本动力。本文以H省发展基因检测产业的具体数据为基础，利用层次分析法构建相应的评价指标体系并进行测算。研究表明：H省基因检测产业技术创新能力总体得分为0.3996，处于中等水平，基因检测产业比较发达的城市相比还有一定的差距。其技术创新能力的提升可以从两个方面着手，一是加强企业本身的技术创新能力，二是政府营造良好的创新环境。
