平衡分析方法在清洁生产审核评估阶段中的应用

The evaluation stage is an important part and committed step of the enterprise to carry out the clean production audit. Its purpose is to use material or energy balance tool to comprehensively analyze the material flow and / or energy flow of the audit focus, discover the links of material loss, energy loss and waste generation, find the causes of the problems and provide basis for clean production program. Therefore, the establishment of the balance, especially the analysis of the reasons for balance is a key part of the clean production audit work. This paper takes a steel rolling processing enterprise as an example to mainly introduce the application of the balanced analysis method in the evaluation stage.%评估阶段是企业开展清洁生产审核的重要环节和关键步骤，目的是借助物料和/或能量平衡等工具，对审核重点的物质流和/或能量进行全面分析，发现物料流失、能源损失及废弃物产生的环节，找到问题形成的原因，为清洁生产方案的产生提供依据。因此平衡的建立，特别是平衡原因的分析好坏是决定清洁生产审核工作成败的关键环节之一。本文以某钢扎延加工企业为例，重点介绍平衡分析方法在评估阶段中的应用。
