本文在分析江苏省高校技术转移中心的背景及功能定位的基础上,结合实际运行现状,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建了高校技术转移中心的绩效评估指标体系,包括服务能力与条件、运行情况及成效、管理与运行机制、发展趋势及保障措施4个一级指标,并进一步细分为9个二级指标和22个三级指标。%In this paper, based on the analysis of the background and function orientation of technology transfer centers in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, combined with the actual operation situation, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the performance evaluation index system of university technology transfer center, including 4 first-level indicators:service ability and condition, operation and results, management and operation mechanism, development trend and safeguard measures, and further subdivided into 9 secondary indexes and 22 tertiary indicators.
